About the Game:

Developed by an 18-year-old student with a games as hobby, Bullet Heart is a rogue-lite shooter that combines fast-paced combat and strategic decision-making in passive builds. Drawing inspiration from titles like Hollow Knight, Enter the Gungeon, and Vampire Survivors, this game offers a unique experience that blends classic bullet-hell mechanics with roguelike progression.

In Bullet Heart, you’ll be battling hordes of enemies and engaging in challenging boss fights. The game features a diverse arsenal of weapons, powerful abilities, and passive upgrades, giving you endless ways to approach each run. As you venture deeper into the game, NPCs will offer valuable support, giving you new tools to overcome increasingly difficult challenges.

Every run progresses you further into the game, offering fresh experiences and a new set of challenges. With a mix of weapon, passives and strategic choices, this game is designed to keep you coming back for more!

Development Timeline:

• August 2024 – Development begins
• Current – Ongoing work on game balance, adding more weapons, enemies, and polish
• Future Plans – New biomes, more abilities, and unique bosses are in the works!

Why I Made It: As a fan of fast-paced action games and rogue-lites, I wanted to create a game that mixes the best of these genres. Bullet Heart is a reflection of the games I love to play, but with my own twist, where bullets = hearts
